This policy outlines our delivery terms, shipping options, and delivery times for Found Fur Ever products.

Delivery Areas

Currently, we deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). International shipping may be available in the future and will be subject to export restrictions and customs regulations.

Delivery Options and Times

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days - Free
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days - Additional charge applies

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date you place your order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Order Processing

Once you place an order:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email
  2. We will process your payment
  3. Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days
  4. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information (where available)

Delivery Address

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@foundfurever.co.uk.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • The courier will typically leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery
  • You may need to collect the item from a local depot or arrange redelivery
  • If the item is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply)

Delivery Tracking

For orders with tracking available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the courier's website.

International Delivery and Export Restrictions

Currently, our primary delivery area is the United Kingdom. For international orders (when available), customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Compliance with all applicable import laws and regulations in their country
  • Any delays caused by customs processing

We reserve the right to refuse orders to certain countries or regions where export is restricted by law.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
