Refund and Return Policy

At Found Fur Ever, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds.

Returns

You have the right to return your FurTag™ within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
• You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receipt

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at hello@foundfurever.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with a return address and return instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Send the item back to us using a tracked delivery service

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because it is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times:

• We will inspect the returned item within 5 business days of receipt
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days
• It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@foundfurever.co.uk. We will:

• Arrange for the item to be returned at no cost to you
• Send you a replacement item as soon as possible, or
• Provide a full refund if a replacement is not available

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items not in their original packaging
• Personalised or custom-engraved items (unless faulty)

Cancellation Rights

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. If you cancel within this period, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs (if any). You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
